New Account Registration

I've been trolling the forums for quite some time now and have not found an answer besides the faucet link (which no longer works) given on BitShares 2.0 to register my account on the blockchain. Is anyone willing to provide sufficient funds for my registration or point me to a new link where you can obtain registration?
