Circle, Coinbase or the like are the only avenues. Local bitcoin could be a close second... or if you're lucky enough to have an bitcoin atm in your town

yhea .. being tipped $1 is quite "easy". But Paypal is considered a no-go for mostly every half-serious in crypto.

The easiest (while still considered safe) is to create an account at an exchange such as kraken/coinbase or do go via localbitcoin.
