OPEN.STEEM purchases on DEX gives different amount?

Just for your information Bittrex is charging 0.25% per transaction, so it is cheaper to trade on OL

Why is it when I purchase OPEN.STEEM on the DEX and it says I'm going to get 100 OPEN.STEEM (even on the confirmation page) and pay the fee in BTS, I instead end up with 99.8 OPEN.STEEM each time?
