"freedomledger" already exists .. then there was supposed to be "thedex" (from jonnybitcoin),
makerX (from the people around MakerDAO) and some that have probably not be announced publicly (such as these compuceed guys)

It looks like the most popular BTS 2.0 hosted wallet is OpenLedger, which takes a whopping 50% cut from referrals when it acts as a registrar, leaving just 30% to the referrer. What competing registrars, if any, exist?
