These assets will be shorted everywhere else in the world and probably, in the not too distant future.

Except here (on bitshares) where its cheaper, more secure and fair.

How can we change that?

Quick fix is to start publishing feeds but I believe the precision needs to be fixed on some of the assets

These products will bring both new customers and liquidity.

Sure about that? I see very little liquidity in many of those currencies .. though it would certainly make sense ..

One of our Shareholders has offered a donation to kick-start these markets (on BitShares Telegram Group).
Can we use this thread to organise feeds and base currency of the indexes.

I propose:
  • committee change the Short backing asset for each index to their local currency
  • witnesses can start publishing feeds to get these markets going again


I believe shareholders should keep their collateral for liquidity
