Being Processed since 1 days 13 hours  is this the longest BTS transaction in history ?

price now fallen 180 sats.

frustrated is not the word here

Yeah, it's not good! I was waiting over 2 days for my withdrawal. Once Poloniex have actually done the transaction properly on the blockchain, you''ll have your BTS in a few seconds!

I received reply of my ticket and it was Poloniex issue actually BTS is fine  :)

"I have refunded your transaction. You are free to place the withdrawal again.

I am sorry for the inconvenience."   This was a response to my ticket from polo and now BTS is back into my polo balance. I hope they dont fuck it up this time when i made a withdrawal again  ::)

just had my first reply from polo support  36 hours after sending a ticket

""apologies for the late reply.

We will look into the matter and get back to you as soon as possible.

Best regards,

Andreas
Poloniex Support""

meanwhile the price has took a 150 sat fall since i sent 31k bts

this must be pure manipulation,  maybee its targeted at me i am not sure.

i wont be using polo wallet again after this stunt.

It seems to be OK now. I got an answer to my ticket - they had to do wallet maintenance. I think they hadn't updated most likely. Withdrawals are going through alright now so far as I can tell. :D

I'm somewhere between a little and a lot worried now.

My support ticket is unanswered after nearly a day.
I've been waiting for my BTS for nearly 2 days.

 :-\ >:( :'(

I'll wait a bit longer before I get a lot worried...

The advantages of a decentralized, transparent exchange where the asset owner remains the owner are HUGE!
Does anyone know of such a thing?! :P

I'm surprised Poloniex is being that unresponsive.  I think that's pretty unusual for them.  But ultimately,
I seriously doubt they are going to scam you out of your withdrawal.

Offline notrod69

I was looking at the blockchain on cryptofresh, Poloniexwallet hasn't had any activity for about 8hrs but neither has the  btc38btsxwithdrawal wallet. so maybe its just not with poloniex  exchange?  I don't know what it could be.

I don't use Poloniex much, but I'm having a problem with a withdrawal too at the moment. I've been waiting 24 hours and it's not yet on the BitShares blockchain.

My transaction ID on Poloniex is the same sort of format as yours at the moment and the status of the withdrawal is 'COMPLETE'.

I have in the past done a couple of withdrawals from Poloniex (which were successful), and the transaction ID is a different format  (x.xx.xxxxx where the x's are numeric).

I guess there are internal delays at Poloniex for some reason...
I really hope its poloniex who is at fault here otherwise we shud get our coins already. I have written them a ticket and still waiting to hear from them, if i receive any information from them i ll pass it to you as well. Finger crossed x
