Hi, I used the CCEDK integration on OpenLedger to fund my account with BTC. Everything worked perfectly, I bought DGD in the market.

Then I tried to withdraw the DGD. It's been 11 hours and still nothing has appeared in my address. Did something go wrong?

It looks like the DGD was successfully sent to openledger-wallet but the DGD was never sent out to me. Any advice?
There is no support link on openledger, who do you contact when it breaks?
