Hello, I'm not so familiar with the exchange and this is the first time I have withdrawn something. Can you pls help me?

So I have open.btc at openledger and I did the following;
- press deposit/withdraw on top of the exchange page
- selected "gateway"
- selected "withdrawal"
- "withdraw now"
- selected "open btc"
- amount to withdraw "0.01" btc
- address: "deposit address on poloniex"

However it ain't showing up on my poloniex btc address for an hour and a half now. Is this normal? Did I do something wrong?
