Can't access my account - please help

I've just recovered my account, but I can't access it, it says I don't have the private keys or something like that.... Here are some pictures:

Strange. My first guess is that the transaction is not being signed properly due to an API issue or something in the library. What you're trying to do is add an account to the owner authorities? Are you able to see the owner key by clicking on the little key symbol next to your public key?

Yes, I was trying to add another new created account to see if I can access/trade with the BogdanCo24 account . The same error I get when I'm trying to list some coins on the exchange.
I can't see the owner key ... this is the problem. I just recovered the BogdanCo24 account some time ago using the brainkey as advised by a forum member from here, but now I have another issue
