It's important to remember each officer / etc is only one person - often of a certain specialization for economic use of tax dollars...we can only go so fast until we organize volunteer armies / etc...

So, I've decided to move into the forum...blame Freetrade.

You'll have to deal with my annoying posts until seraphim finishes MMCPOST.  I tend to do "couldn't we do X" and "shouldn't we do Y" without knowing how to do either...very frustrating.

It used to be "my two cents"...but inflation.  Now it's "my two dollars".
