BTS showing as claimed when importing

wallet/lookup balances under "balance claims:" shows no unclaimed balances.

it shows a total balance and says i can claim it to an account but it does not show any claim button anywhere on the screen.

been trying to import BTS from original purchase of protoshares on coffeegrounds exchange in november 2013. balance shows in Birshares 2.0 170410 but unable to claim. have tried importing 4 times and backed up wallet each time. documentation only shows web wallet, not this wallet in wallet mode. part of the balance was missing with one tx out of 4 missing in BTS 1 0.9.3c. been trying 12 hours to get this to work. please advise. thanks
