Old balance of Bitshares DNS on Poloniex?

The DNS chain was abandoned and holders were given a small amount of BTS as compensation, but only if you held them outside of an exchange. Your DNS are now worthless I'm afraid.

Hi, I logged into my Poloniex exchange account after a couple years and saw that bitshares DNS was disabled...I have a small balance of Bitshares DNS in there, what can I do about it?  Thanks!
