It's an issue with fees not being subtracted properly, try sending a slightly smaller amount, the fee is something like 0.00000389 btc it seems from your error.

I have some bitcoins in my my bitshares account. This morning I tried transfering them to my bittrex account. I checked back on the status 10 hours later and the balance remains the same, there is no transaction history, AND the bitcoins can't be sent again. Any attempt brings this error message.

My first response was to do some sort of wallet recovery.. but wtf?? Use a 'brainkey', '.bin file'. My past wallets have just had a button you press, I don't understand any if this...
Grateful for any help I can receive here.
