Can't d I anything but dwposit due to a key I created

If you have the owner key you can add/remove active keys as you like.
If you don't have the owner key you can't.

So in my active tabthe threshold is 5.my username has the weight of 4,2 keys which I have the privates keys to are 1 each , and a Key  I added and forgot the passphrase I used has the weight of 5. Is there anyway me (4) and my other keys which add up to 6 with ne included can remove this other key so I can transfer, trade and do everything else? I'm in dire need of help with this.  thank you in advance
