Issue with authentications

So I did something stupid with the BitShares 2.0 windows client, and i added my account name to both the Active and Owner permissions list(because I wasn't thinking), and now I can't update any other addresses in my account in either Active or Owner permissions. I get error messages every time I try to do anything, and I can't even send funds to another wallet.... can anyone help me out here??
