you see what i dont understands whyyyy because if address is invalid the website in this case eobot  would not send anywhere? or this gone  forever? and i have no chance to get them back

there is no invalid address. there's only registered and non registered keys in bitshares.

same would happen if you make a mistake with a bitcoin transaction, although it's much easier to make a mistake in bitcoin.

bitshares is very easy. user name = address memo = additional message space.

next time send funds to your personal wallet first, and move to an exchange from there. the interface is much better

sounds like you sent funds to a wrong non-registered address. in this case, you're SOL.
