Lifetime Affiliate Signup

We signed up for Lifetime Affiliate program but i think we were charged to much.  The amount was 1,456.76106 BTS which was taken out of .08093115 BTC (which does not add up - it seems  ~8180BTS  )

How do i get this resolved?
