Moving BTS from Exchange to BTS Wallet?

well, thanks.
I had to "Create a New account" 3 times before it would take and recognize an account.
It seems to be working now with the newest account.
it's a shame how difficult this was considering THIS & BTS is supposed to be the easing of money exchange, wallet & access.

Well, that makes it interesting.
Only problem..  the wallet has not recognized my password after 50 tries, and there is no- reset password, or forgot password, nor was there a 2 step verification of password to make sure it was typed in correctly the first time.  Advice?

I'm not new to blockchain but I am new to bitshares. Can someone tell us where a "receive address" is to receive our BTS tokens into our BTS wallet?  Is there something I'm missing that is different from all other assets.? Thanks! (I am talking about bitshares tokens, not bitcoin)
