Who is the owner of BitShares brand and logo?

Help me please to understand some things about DAO BitShares.

May I use BitShares source code? For example, for gateway or exchange.

How can I use it and what I'm not allowed to do?
For example:

• May I say "My Gateway - first BitShares gateway in my country"?
• Or may I use just "BitShares Exchange"?

Who Is the owner of BitShares brand and logo?
Who can approve and confirm it's usage or forbid? How can I demonstrate it to others?
What are the rules?

In telegram groups BitSharesDEV and BitSharesDEX some people said that it's all totally free to use without any conditions.
But this is not enough for others and I need to confirm and demonstrate my rights to use it.
