Only Mcavoy5 can provide information about what it is supposed to be. My guess is that no, this coin doesn't have any future, bu who knows. Sharedropping is a kind of advertising: treat it like a flyer that gives you $0.05 of BTS if you accept to read the name written on it  .

When somebody starts new coin on BTSDEX they sometimes "sharedrop" or gift  coins to the BTS holders.
I guess ARCOIN is one of those. You will be receiving more gift coins in the future from others as well.
