Problem withdrawing from Bter

I've tried with two adresses. The first one I already used it to send some BTS from Bittrex to the wallet, it worked fine.

With Bter allways get the message: "BTS account is not registered"

From support they told me to try with different account, then I created another one (kurex-7)
Sent some BTS fom first account to kurex-7 and they were received.
Tried this new address in Bter and same error

But the only way is to ask them. If you can provider more useful info, perhaps others can help. For example, what withdrawal address did you give to Bter when you trying to withdraw, what did they say when they cancelled, etc.

I've got some BTS over Bter, and when I tried to withdraw them, they didn't show in my wallet. I contacted support and they cancelled and returned my balance. Tried again and same problem.

Anyone had similar issue? Already solved?
