Hello

Im trying to register into  web.wallet.help to claim the notes i have and i never get to create a new user.
It  always says "failed to create account user unknown".

I ve read about a new web page. https://wallet.museblockchain.com/

I have created my user in this new wallet but i cant import balance from Bitsahres 0.9.3 to the new wallet, i dont see any option in the panel.

Can i use any soft wallet in order to claim the balance? or it is impossible to do?

Any help?
