BTC withdrawal problem - Open ledger

With the current backlog of transactions on the bitcoin blockchain its hard getting anything done with btc!  I'm sure OpenLedger will respond.  Could be something simple where the tx is stuck because the fee is too low to get it moving.

I withdrew some BTC from the Bitshares client via Open ledger 2+ hours ago.  Nothing is shown on blockchain.info and I cannot find a trace of my transaction whatsoever.  I have opened a support ticket but their response may take up to 72 hours...

A bit concerned and would like to know if anybody has ran into this problem before.
