I’ve been trying to figure out how to open an account, and buy some Bitshares, for _3 days_! I’ve downloaded the program, gone to the Deposit/Withdraw link, and filled out what I can.
When I see this:

I have no idea how to proceed. How do I send money or approve the transfer of my funds into my account so I can make the Bitshares purchase? I can’t believe it’s this tough and this confusing to simply open an account….
FWIW I also tried (twice) to open an account through
https://openledger.io/welcome That was even more confusing and they seemed rather unresponsive.
FYI should it be helpful, my current Bitshare account name is:
markbitshare1216
but I don't think that account is actually opened as yet.
At this point, I’m frustrated enough that I’d probably be willing to talk to some live human being, preferably on a phone call, who can walk me through the process.
