I've been trying to figure out how to open an account, and buy some Bitshares, for _4 days_! I've downloaded the program from Bitshares, gone to the Deposit/Withdraw link, and filled out what I can.
When I see this:

I have no idea how to proceed. How do I send money or approve the transfer of my funds into my account so I can make the Bitshares purchase? I can't believe it's this tough and this confusing to simply open an account….
FWIW I also tried (twice) to open an account through
https://openledger.io/welcome That was even more confusing and they seemed rather unresponsive!
