Poloniex Problem

Hello,
I have a problem about poloniex exchange,after try to send some coins from my bitterex account in poloniex wallet ,i don't received the coins,i see many users have problems with poloniex.The problem is they realy don't reply in support tikets,wait for more than 30 days a reply to add my coins in wallet,anny way to fix this and received my coins back?
