BTS Purchase with Margin Trade Not Showing Up

I took a margin position to get some bitusd. i used that bitusd to buy bts on the exchange. the transaction went through. but its not appearing in my balance for some reason.

Ive checked the activity page and verified the transaction was included in the block. im so confused right now. No idea why it hasnt shown up. Every other time I've done this its taken a few seconds. Now it's been nearly 30 mins and nothing. I'm losing money. :p
