Strange, thats not coming up as a valid ID on the app or cryptofresh explorer?  Did you just register it right now?
I have registered through bitshares.openledger.info, and my ID is smnsz.
BASIC MEMBER   #593531.

And that's what is saying inside my deposit/withdrawal page, that I should just give them a username: smsnz.

Oh I did mistake in my username. Sorry about that.

Hello,
I'm a new user, and I have moved a bit of my ETH to open.ETH wallet.
And now I can't do nothing with them, as it is always asking for a fee, which should be paid using BTS, I can't even exchange the amount from open.ETH to BTS, as it still wants a fee.
What should I do, and how i can withdraw all the amount?
