Please  contact OpenLedger's support ... they are probably the ones you are using to deposit BTC

Funds did not turn up
My BTC that I sent to my Bitshares account have not turned up after 24 hours. Blockcypher confirmed the transaction (+6) but no sign of them in my Bitshares account. Very worrying. What to do?
