misplaced units? * i'm still wet behind the ears

hi!

so i'm new to this... i attempted to transfer etherium (from bitshares) to arisecoin a few days ago, but the transfer ended up at etherscan...

i don't know if the transfer was re-routed or if i made an error somewhere along the way...

either way, each party involved says "we can't help... you have to contact the other guys"...

sigh...

i have all the necessary information... just need somebody to send it back to me...

any thoughts / ideas / help would be appreciated! thanks!!
