HELP: ETH has not shown up in Bitshares Acct

I have same issue using Winex, been waiting over 24hrs now.

I sent an email to support@winex.pro last night but as of yet no reply, anything else I can do or just be patient?

Did you check an ETH explorer verifying the transaction was broadcasted?

What gateway service did you use?  OpenLedger, Blocktrades, GDEX etc...?

Still Nothing.... :/

Open a support ticket with OpenLedger, I'm sure they will respond and take care of any issue asap.

I used open ledger and I can see on etherscan.io that it has over 2400 confirmations and a :success" status.

Hi, I sent ETH from Gemini to Bitshares and it hasn't appeared after several hours in Bitshares. All I did was setup a deposit address in Bitshares and used it to send the money with Gemini. I do this same process for any coin transfers. What did I do wrong?
