Paying a tx fee in units of a UIA

Hi everyone, I have a question:
If I create a UIA, what do I need to do to be able to pay the transaction fees in units of this UIA?
For example:
I create a Ravid.Shitcoin
Someone buys it from me in a ICO and receives it in his wallet.
It is the only asset in his wallet.
He wants to create a sell order or transfer it to someone else, but he does not have any bts to pay the fee. How do I allow him to pay the fee with Ravid.Shitcoin?

Set a core exchange rate for your UIA. And fund some BTS to the fee pool.

Be careful, the fee pool can be drained instantly if your core exchange rate is set incorrectly. (we will address this issue in next consensus-changing release)
