BTS或者bitcny持有帐户的排名建议不要只用可用数量来排名。BTS的持有帐户排名可以按总持仓数量=可用+挂卖单+抵押进行排名，而bitcny的持有帐户排名则可以用总资金数量=可用+挂买单-借款（如果借款显示为“-”）进行排名。这样更有实际意义。

Can add Buy/Sell in Trade History so we can know taker is buying or selling? The alternative way is change the price color to green for buy and red for sell.

20180317 ： 1）账号历史记录数量修改为最多显示400条。
                   2）优化SEO，不同页面呈现不同 meta-content
                   3）优化见证人、理事会页面表格显示
                   4）修改多语言自动识别。存入cookie
                   5）增强market页面交易对的鲁棒性，允许小写字母
                   6）账户页面性能调优
