I really want to get your help. However, someone told me that is not good to give account name to other one. Is it right? And what can we do if I give you the account name, what  can we find out?
Thanks  a lot for your time, team ^_^

Yep, however they are transferred by someone to their account already and it appeared on my history transaction as well. Is there any chance to get back or claim that account?
P/s: I am still new here :(
I've replied above. Usually can't.

Any one can help please!!!!!
All my BTS is transfered to someone wallet without my acknowledgement.
Is there anyone got same issue and how to recover pmy BTS please?
Thank you

What's your account name?

If your BTS has been stolen, usually unable to get back.

Some tips:
* Use strong passwords if using cloud wallet mode.
* Keep passwords, private keys and backup files safe.
