Why I think the schedule is too tight? Autumn is not far in the future.

It's about as much notice as the Shanghai Graphene devcon, no?

Are you concerned that there is not enough time to organize, it is too short notice or that a one day conference is too short?

Of course, this is meant as a place for the community to meet, interact and mingle, share ideas, perspectives and visions, as well as presenting highlights from the past.

There must be some kind deciding who to pick, but this will evolve as it goes.
