How To Remove Unknown.ASSET from UIA On Openledger?

Other than that, only OpenLedger knows how they display in their UI.

Hello Great People

We are working on a graphene blockchain protocol for a specific industry and have decided to create a UIA to serve as our token for airdrop and private sale before our mainnet launches when we will have all token redeemable for the native token on our mainnet.

The problem we have now is that our UIA was labeled unknown.ASSETNAME after it was created on bitshares using openledger gateway and was hidden from the list of assets as an implication of that.

What might we had done wrong to get that flag on our token and how can we get verify and remove the unknown flag?
