Its a nice idea in theory... but risks just giving away fees for little gain... id rather see a maker taker fee schedule implemented.

I love the idea!

However .. this needs proper marketing .. else we just won't gain anything from this.

I agree it's a good idea and 50% is the right level. The actual return is quite small (currently) but it makes it a much more marketable feature of the update and hopefully encourages some exchanges to consider doing the same.

Should committee set it on bitCNY and bitUSD as incentive for referrers?

Gut feeling says they should have market fee sharing enabled as the generated BTS is minimal on a global spectrum.
