Can my coin pay dividend in form of BTS?

I am not sure all the technical terms. My question is can my coin pay dividend of BTS (of course "I" own the BTS / Wallet this is distributed from)...
Say I have 1000 XYZCoin issued - 8 ppl have 100, 2 ppl have 50 XYZCoin. The total amount of BTS to distribute is 10,000 BTS. I want automatic (monthly/quarterly, whatever) Distribution of BTS to owners of XYZCoin. They would get BTS in proportion to their XYZCoin holding. 8 ppl receive 1,000 BTS, 2 ppl get 500 BTS, because they had 100 and 50 XYZCoin respectfully.
