I think this is the settlement price. Setttment order will match the call order, not the limit order.

I would venture to guess that not enough volume was available at that price so your order was not matched.

Bid order for bitCNY get not filled.Even not partially!!!
Before 4 days I had put a order to buy 10K bitCNY for a price of 2.65 bts/cny...
The market price reached at least 2 times lower levels like 2.54 bts/cny and today even 2.45 bts/cny!
I didn't got a single bitCNY !!! How is this even possible? Is it a  bug or something?
