WoodShares Project:
The first project of the new stage of WoodShares Project is the Entrepreneurship COCHUA ALTERNATIVE FOODS | Alternative Food for a Healthy Future, which is already in development. Cochua Alternative Foods is a project oriented to the Design and Development of Alternative Food Lines. The first lines of products are foods based on crickets for human consumption.

The crickets used to make Cochua products are raised on farm under controlled conditions. It is currently in the phase of increase of breeding stock to achieve the required population and to offer a stable level of production on a commercial scale.

COCHUA will soon be available in BitShares.

WoodShares Project:
The New Stage:

Since the initial proposal to date, we have been actively working on the WoodShares Project with the aim of making it evolve in such a way that it becomes an innovative model in terms of application and implementation of real use cases of Blockchain Technologies and the BitShares Protocol, generating true productive, autonomous and decentralized communities for the benefit of all the members of their communities and their environments.

The new approach then defines WoodShares:

WoodShares is an Autonomous and Decentralized Digital Community that lives in the BitShares Blockchain dedicated to the Incubation of High Impact Productive Projects with a Green and Social focus.

In a more elaborate way, WoodShares is defined as a DAC that will have, when required, one or more figures of formal representation in the physical world that will allow legal and contractual interaction with individuals and companies, through the implementation of the different available figures, according to the specific needs of each project and stage. (Eg Foundation, Association, Cooperative, Company, etc.).
