Holders,

Please remove the vote from NABTS worker since the worker/event is being cancelled due to lack of funding (depreciation of $BTS and voting issues in the past few weeks).

Despite team best efforts to collect private funds through co-sponsorship for making it happen, even with additional funds its impossible to acquire needed funds.

Cancellation of the event is having following costs:

- 10,000.00 USD towards EVOLV for the 2 months efforts and cancellation + 13% depreciation in LTC on half of it due to bear markets (we picked nice moment for cancellation).
- around 3,000.00 USD (still waiting final hours) for the worker team efforts and time they spent on worker.
- Fee for sold tickets through EventBrite and cancellation of the event (minor cost 67.70 USD + eventbrite refund policy + credit card processing fee)

Payment receipts, trading history and remaining of the funds (will be withdrawn and moved to zavod.premik account) will be presented after the holiday/weekend so the owner of the account healingvibes420 can have back ownership.

On behalf of Move Institute,

Milos (DL) Preocanin.

I'm sorry to see the conference being cancelled due to refund400k voters, this is quite unfortunate.

On behalf of Move Institute (Escrow), following actions has been taken:

- 645,090.41020 BTS was withdrawn from Worker Vesting (- fee 50.52054 BTS).
- EVOLV agreed to be paid in LTC, and our choice was LTC due to partnership of LTC and EVOLV for WCC 2019.
- Institute is trading against open.LTC on the DEX for few days without having any ability to collect amount needed for deposit payment. Currently there is 21.15718996 LTC successfully traded at the price between 2050 BTS and 2010 BTS per 1 LTC.
- Institute will be moving equivalent of 8000 USD to Poloniex account registered and KYC'ed with Milos Preocanin (me) in order to acquire missing LTC for the first/deposit payment. Export of trading history will be provided and posted here. LTC and remaining BTS will be returned to the DEX by the end of the working week (current worker account @healingvibes420).
- Institute will trade CNY for the worker team hours with agreement of the worker team. BitUSD/BTS market don't have healthy price or volumes to be traded against.
- Institute was paid 3530 CNY for the services done until now.
- All the market sharing fees will be withdrawn and sent back to the blockchain.

As soon as the first round is done, more detailed information on the worker status will be published.

Move Institute is uploading new website that will have transparent accounting for BitShares holders similar to workers.bitshares.foundation. We expect website to reflect changes/updates by 15. August 2019.

Due to NDA and real-life laws/regulations - for the review of signed agreement, please send request to legal@move-institute.si

Many thanks @xeroc.

Additional update: BTS leftover is being repurchased on the Poloniex and few holders were reached out by PM with transparent accounting on delivery.

Apologies for delays (BTC decided to move the markets since 14.08 - day after deposit to Poloniex and we weren't into creating loses for the blockchain).

More detailed public report and update of move-institute.si website is coming later this week.

Thanks for the thoughts and input on this important discussion.

As stated in the original worker, all excess funds (revenues) with be returned to the community (beyond expenses needed to put the conference on).

We are considering the worker funds provided to be revenue as well as as ticket sales and sponsorships. Expenses will be deducted from this #. If there are extra funds left over after this calculation, they will be returned to the community.

So Revenues - Expenses = Final Profit or Loss number (if positive we will return it to the community) There is also a chance that the conference could run at break-even or a loss which will be noted in the final accounting with the Move Institute.

Please confirm and let us know if this is in line with your expectations of the use of the funds.
Thanks for the clarification.

Thanks abit. Seems reasonable that worker funds considered income in the conference budget.

I tried to contact nearly all offical organizers to get an offical statement if the workers funds will be counted as revenue or anything else.

Since i still got no offical answer on that question i will revoke my vote till this is cleared.

In an effort to give back to the community based on our collective success, we propose that all profits be given back to the community fund (if there are no outstanding expenses from unforeseen collateral or attendee expenses).

This would include ticket sales and the sale of the videos of sessions which will be released sometime after the event and post production and sold for a given $USD value. (No more than 30 days after)

"all profits be given back to community fund"

How to calculate the "profits"? I think it should be "all revenue minus all expense" that to be given back.

If expenses are fully covered by the worker fund, all revenue should be given back.

If there are some worker funds not spent, they should be given back as well.

In short, to give back profits, worker funds should be counted as revenue.

Yay! Thanks for your vote of confidence and guidance.  8)

Completely agree on marketing budget, will think on that now.

As for profits, I think we should return this back to the community since we would be front-loading the expenses for ourselves internally as well as paying EVOLV for their services out of the BitShares coffers. Frankly the videos of sessions **could** be an ongoing possible income stream (for BitShares) that the general (non-BitShares public) might be interested in purchasing after the fact.

We did a poll in Telegram which indicated people seemed to like Vegas as a venue for it and the 27-28th timeslot:

Happy to run some additional ones if you think that would help. Any questions in particular we should ask?
