这样只会将盘面价格推高到强清价格,强清更猛烈。

例如bsip73就导致这种问题,如果没有强清收手续提案作配合的话,过低的补偿+bsip73的强清会横扫抵押,完全停不下来。

如果强清单先挂成买墙,在24小时内,是有机会成交的。成交不了的再清抵押者。这样,至少减轻了抵押者的部分压力。
