以我们目前有限的了解，我们发现，有些活跃和非活跃的见证人都较好的完成了工作，为社区做出了不少贡献。
比如：
btspp-witness开发了比较实用的钱包软件。
Witness.hiblockchain运行了btsai，为社区提供了有力的数据支持。
XBTSIO-WALLET虽然不是活跃见证人，但是做了很多建设性的工作。比如运行了网关，高质量的提供了一些基础设施等（https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php?topic=32472.0）。

其他也有不少见证人做了很多工作，这里就不一一列举。

但是也有不少见证人社区存在感较低，做的工作比较少，见证人质量可能也不高。希望各位见证人能够积极主动做工作，并且及时向社区报告自己的贡献。Cn-vote将适时调整投票，公平公正的选择工作质量好、社区贡献大的见证人加以支持。


Based on our limited understanding, we find that some active and inactive witnesses have completed their work well and made a lot of contributions to the community.

There are also other witnesses who have done a lot of work, which will not be listed here.

However, it is not uncommon for witnesses to have a low sense of community presence, do less work, and the quality of witnesses may not be high. We hope that the witnesses can take the initiative to do their work and report their contributions to the community in a timely manner. Cn-vote will adjust the voting in due time and choose witnesses with good work quality and great contribution from the community fairly .

公会见证人简介：
目前公会运行两名见证人，并且今后将不再增加运行新的见证人。公会见证人完全由公会运行，这也是公会对BTS社区的贡献之一。公会将按照我们制定的以上五条评价标准持续加强公会见证人建设。
公会对社区的贡献也等同于公会见证人对社区的贡献。公会及公会见证人对社区的贡献包括：
1、团结了广大的中小投资者，让中小投资者的声音在社区广泛表达。公会实行少数服从多数的原则，既能够让投资者表达各种声音，又能够集中力量办大事。
2、大力宣传了BTS。公会拥有数百名会员，通过广泛的人脉，大力的推广了BTS的知名度。
3、参与社区决策。我们是集体决策，代表了中小投资者的利益，从而避免了很多不利于中小投资者利益的决策的发生。
4、参与社区治理。一年以来，社区主要的提案、治理方案都有公会的参与，人多力量大，改善了以往单打独斗的局面。改善了BTS社区很多顽疾，比如对worker的浪费和腐败进行一定的监管和限制，比如baip2对不合理的喂价机制的改善。
5、增强了中小投资者的持币信心。公会广泛的传播了信息，加入公会的投资者有主人翁意识，同时也能获得第一手信息，从而增强了持币信心。公会的成员都是真金白银的买入者，是BTS最坚定的持有人。
未来公会还将不断加强对BTS社区的贡献，团结广大投资者，努力将BTS不断向前推进。

Brief introduction of witness in cn-vote:

At present, the cn-vote operates two witnesses, and no new witnesses will be added in the future. Cn-vote’s witness interviews are run entirely by the cn-vote, which is one of the cn-vote's contributions to the BTS community. The cn-vote will continue to strengthen the construction of cn-vote’s witnesses in accordance with the above five evaluation criteria formulated by us.

The contribution of the cn-vote to the community is equal to the contribution of the cn-vote’s witness to the community. The contribution of the cn-vote and the cn-vote’s witness to the community includes:

1. Unite the majority of small and medium-sized investors, so that the voice of small and medium-sized investors is widely expressed in the community. The cn-vote implements the principle that the minority is subordinate to the majority, which can not only let investors express their various voices, but also concentrate their efforts on major issues.

2. BTS has been vigorously promoted. The cn-vote has hundreds of members, through a wide range of contacts, vigorously promote the popularity of BTS.

3. Participate in community decision-making. We are collective decision-making, representing the interests of small and medium-sized investors, thus avoiding many decisions that are not conducive to the interests of small and medium-sized investors.

4. Participate in community governance. Over the past year, cn-vote have participated in the major proposals and governance plans of the community, which has improved the situation of fighting alone in the past. It has improved many persistent diseases of BTS community, such as the supervision and restriction of waste and corruption of workers, such as the improvement of unreasonable feeding mechanism by Baip2.

5. It has enhanced the confidence of small and medium-sized investors in holding currency. The cn-vote has spread information widely. The investors who join the cn-vote have the sense of ownership and can obtain the first-hand information, thus enhancing the confidence of holding currency. The members of the cn-vote are buyers of real gold and silver, and they are the most staunch holders of BTS.

In the future, the cn-vote will continue to strengthen its contribution to BTS community, unite investors and strive to push BTS forward.

公会关于见证人投票策略的说明

为更加合理的确定见证人人选，推动见证人为BTS系统做出更大贡献，公会制定见证人投票策略如下：

一、工会支持的见证人应当定期向社区和工会报告工作情况，以便工会定期评价所支持见证人的工作。评价标准如下：

1、见证人工作。见证人必须稳定出块，且不干扰其他见证人稳定出块。见证人应当有较为强大的硬件配置。若在报告期内出现连续丢块，需及时说明情况并采取改进措施。
2、喂价质量。见证人必须自主提供准确的喂价，并且遵守社区对于喂价的各项决议，如BAIP2。若喂价出现问题，经过提醒后不及时回应或者不及时改正，工会将撤票。
3、基础设施服务。见证人须至少提供一种基础设施服务。可以是API节点、浏览器节点、es节点、种子节点、测试网等等。基础设施服务本着质量要求大于数量要求的原则，要确保提供的每个基础设施服务是切实好用的。服务种类可根据见证人所在地区的实际需要，由见证人确定。提供的基础设施服务的重要性越高、质量越好、数量越多，将获得越高的评价。
4、社区贡献。鼓励见证人积极参与社区建设。对社区建设有贡献的见证人在同等条件下将被优先投票。社区贡献包括但不限于：提供钱包入口、网关、浏览器、论坛、数据支持站；组织宣传、会议、推广活动；撰写文档、教程、报告BUG、软件补丁等等。
5、社区背景。公会鼓励部分大票仓的代理人运行见证人以及竞选理事会，我们认为这样做会促进投资者更加关注社区建设，促进社区团结。在同等条件下，公会将优先支持部分大票仓或者大票仓的代理人运行一个见证人。同时，在社区活跃时间长、技术水平高、历史贡献大的资深人士也会在同等条件下得到优先考虑。

二、公会将最多维持对21名合格见证人的投票。当公会投票见证人数达到21人后，若有新的申请者更加适合担任见证人，我们会撤除相应数量的评价最低的见证人的投票。

三、请各位希望获得或维持工会投票的见证人在本帖下面对照评价标准公布自己相应的信息。欢迎各位见证人与工会建立有效的联系，工会将建立见证人微信群，欢迎任何想获得工会支持的见证人加入工会微信群。

四、若工会支持的活跃见证人所提供的服务与其描述不符，或者服务质量不高，请在本帖下或者通过各种渠道向公会反应，公会将慎重考虑社区的意见。










Cn-vote's statement on witness voting strategy (Draft)



In order to determine witnesses more reasonably and promote witnesses to make greater contributions to BTS system, cn-vote formulates witness voting strategies as follows:



1. The witness supported by the cn-vote should report to the community and the cn-vote on a regular basis so that the cn-vote can evaluate the work of the witness supported on a regular basis. The evaluation criteria are as follows:

(1). Witness work. The witness must stabilize the block without disturbing other witnesses. Witness should have strong hardware configuration. In case of continuous block loss during the reporting period, it is necessary to timely explain the situation and take improvement measures.

(2). Feeding Price quality. The witness must independently provide accurate feeding price and abide by the community's decisions on feeding price, such as Baip2. If there is a problem in the feeding price, the cn-vote will withdraw the vote if it fails to respond or correct in time after being reminded.

(3). Infrastructure services. Witness must provide at least one infrastructure service. It can be API node, browser node, ES node, seed node, test network, etc. Infrastructure services are based on the principle that quality requirements are greater than quantity requirements, and each infrastructure service provided should be practical and easy to use. The service type can be determined by the witness according to the actual needs of the witness's area. The higher the importance, quality and quantity of infrastructure services provided, the higher the evaluation.

(4). Community contribution. Encourage witnesses to actively participate in community building. Witnesses who contribute to community building will be given priority to vote under the same conditions. Community contributions include but are not limited to: providing wallet entrance, gateway, browser, forum and data support station; organizing publicity, meeting and promotion activities; writing documents, tutorials, report bugs, software patches, etc.

(5). Community background. The cn-vote encourages the agents of some large warehouses to run witnesses and campaign Committee. We believe that this will promote investors to pay more attention to community construction and promote community unity. Under the same conditions, the cn-vote will give priority to supporting part of the agent of large warehouse or large warehouse to run a witness. At the same time, senior people who have been active in the community for a long time, have a high level of technology and have made great contributions to history will also be given priority under the same conditions.



2、 The cn-vote will maintain a vote of up to 21 qualified witnesses. If a new applicant is more suitable to be a witness when the number of witnesses reaches 21, we will cancel the corresponding number of witnesses with the lowest evaluation.



3、 Please let the witnesses who want to obtain or maintain the cn-vote’s vote publish their corresponding information according to the evaluation criteria below. All witnesses are welcome to establish effective contact with the cn-vote. The cn-vote will establish a witness wechat group. Any witness who wants to obtain the support of the cn-vote is welcome to join the wechat group of the cn-vote.


4、If the service provided by the active witness supported by the cn-vote is inconsistent with its description, or the service quality is not high, please report to the cn-vote in this post or through various channels. The cn-vote will carefully consider the opinions of the community.
