为了促进健康抵押，现关闭 bitEUR(欧元)和bitRUBLE(卢布) 强清功能。

爆仓机制正常运行。

请知悉。

目前 bitEUR 共有400多万BTS的抵押仓， bitRUBLE 有200多万BTS的抵押仓。
