Are OPEN.ETH and OPEN.BTC still redeemable for BTC and ETH

We were all hoping... but the OpenLedger Creator, Ronny Boesing, (he still flaunts his theft DEX on his website)
ran off with a lot of people's money..

more people's money then MintPal and MCXnow combined... (probably 100s of millions) and hardly anyone talks about it..

The only thing I heard was someone privately going after him..

Revive the Openledger community! It is still tradeable against BTS and other UIAs. When Satoshi left BTC, the community continued to prosper. It can be done, but the community should decide the fate of the OPEN assets. There might not be a gateway, but don't forget peer-to-peer. Just my two cents.

If not, what is the best way to obtain the most value possible for those tokens?
