Bitshares ticket tracker CLI tool

Future roadmap for this tool:
* Further encouragement for users to lock BTS in tickets
* Create proof of cube allocation distribution on chain prior to airdrop, to ensure fairness
* Create batches of airdrop transactions, rather than 1 per block, do dozens/hundreds per block.
* Deeper integration with the Beet multi-crypto wallet (for creating tickets and broadcasting airdrops).
* Enable distribution of assets other than BTS (for airdropping NFTs, potentially Honest tokens, etc).
