If it honored the BitShares Social Consensus, made business sense as a responsible use of AGS funds,  and was consistent with core values, why not?

Define Dac
Does a DAO fall into this category if there are no profiting shareholders? Would a non-profit DAO count and be eligible for bitshares support?
