He was actually talking about the size of total investments in the coin-world to the market cap of bitcoins.
The interviewer enquires why there's so much noise around coin-vestments and yet only about 110-150 million dollars have flown from major vc's to start-ups. So gives an analysis of the total market cap and compares it with the investment to explain why its reasonable.

Really good interview. Tim Draper and Draper university are renown amongst entrepreneurs for what they do. Draper is quite open to new ideas. If Dan would like to have a meeting with him / others here have an interesting proposition for the man -I can help you get in touch :)
