I think the voting aspect should be much more prominent than the trading/making money aspect so as to not frighten off the average Joe music listener.

I really like Blast as it reminds me of a time when SoundBlaster sound cards were the greatest thing since sliced bread. :)

Although something with the word Billboard will definitely evoke the Top40 Charts aspect to the everyday person.

no one says itunes it, pandora it, napster it, or spotify it, instead  they say use itunes or use pandora, so I'm not convinced a music platform needs to be a strong verb
