I read the transcript of this chat. It sounded positive and I hope it results in some collaboration. Sunny King didn't seem to understand much about Bitshares yet. I also got the impression that he hasn't spent a lot of time thinking about Bitcoin 2.0's in general. He still seems focused on his two coins, Peercoin and Primecoin.
Bytemaster was patient and did a good job explaining everything. There is some potential common ground on the Proof of Stake and the fact that Jordan Lee is doing Peershares. Other than that, I think they'll need to continue talking to see if they can learn from one another and maybe share some development.
Kudos for getting the two of them together to talk shop.
